James LOVES yogurt. The Greek kind. And when you eat a fair bit it gets a little expensive for the grocery budget. So…when he came home with a recipe that a fellow classmate makes for her family, he thought we should give it a try!
All it takes to start is 2L milk, a half of cup of good Greek yogurt to use as a starter, cheese cloth, a thermometer and a crock pot. Follow the very simple recipe and Voila! 15 or so hours later…Delicious, homemade greek yogurt. ( and for a fraction of the cost)
