Superbowl Sunday 🏈

TODAY, it’s the New England Patriots against the Seattle Seahawks and it’s gonna be good!!

It’s so exciting to be HOME to see the Superbowl! I’ve missed it the last 4 years! Sure we’ve seen it, had Superbowl parties but not live! It mean’t staying off line and not watching the news so we could do something the next night when it became available.

So this year I am excited!! Superbowl…pregame all afternoon, kick-off, comIMG_7969mercials, THE GAME, half time show, GREAT FOOD and 2 GOOD teams ( ok so the Cowboys aren’t playing but that’s ok) to battle it out. I’ll be cheering for the Pats!IMG_7970

My favourite Superbowl commercials are the Budweiser ones with the puppy and the Clydesdale horses. Every year they are so good.

And this year, the Doritos “Pigs Fly” was cute too!

Game day food! Somehow these tasty favourites are even better on Superbowl Sunday.

IMG_7961And there’s no game without the guac! 😀 Did you know that there is more avocados used and guacamole eaten on Superbowl day than any day of the year?

And wings!!! Yum, the BEST in football food.

Such a close game, nail biting actually, craziness in the last minute in the second half.  AMAZING finish!!!! And for the win… SUPERBOWL 2015 goes to…The New England Patriots! ( 10 years since their last Super Bowl win)Yay!!

Adventure For Two

I am from Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, Canada and I'm back from traveling with my husband on an expat assignment to foreign lands. 2011-2012 we were in Shenyang, China. Spring 2012- Spring 2013 we were in Resende,RJ Brazil then back to Shenyang, China in July 2013 until the end of July 2014. Expat life WAS amazing! Adventure abounds no matter where we travel to. We really enjoyed the amazing opportunity to live and experience culture and tradition in these places. BUT now we are finished and adjusting to life in our small town in Canada. Our days of travel and adventure are not over.
