Ok ok ENOUGH excuses!!!! I MUST get back at it!
ENOUGH Chinese dumplings! Well, no it’s NOT the dumplings even though I love them. It’s all the little sweet indulgences from Christmas! So starting TODAY I need to get back to mostly fruit and veggies and good protein, and water LOTS of water!!! I feel so much better when I eat this way. And besides I have exactly 42 days before our winter vacay . And in the middle of that is Chinese New Year so I guess with a few weeks with not a lot of social things, NOW is the time I have to eat CLEAN!
And I guess if it’s in writing, I’ll stick to it! Maybe 🙂
